Hand-written forms: At live events such as Seminar, it may be necessary to obtain payment details via a handwritten form due to the rush of enquiries, and the high volume of participants. These forms are securely stored until the payments have been processed. Once processed all financial records are destroyed securely. Only details such as name, address and email address are held for future communication needs, as specified in this document.
Online payments: All financial details are taken and processed by our online merchant bank partners. The processing of these payments are heavily policed, and all safety and security measures are taken to ensure that your payments are processed securely. This is done in-line with leading Merchant Banks requirements, such as HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, and PayPal’s requirements.
